We actively procure and import materials from global suppliers, including those in Canada and Northern Europe, ensuring a stable and high-quality supply of structural components for the Japanese market. Our supply chain network is supported by our group company, WING INTERNATIONAL TRADING INC., a local subsidiary based in Vancouver, Canada.
Building Material Sales
We offer a wide range of building materials, including plywood and hardware. We manage import schedules in-house and maintain inventory at port warehouses, ensuring stable supply. Our focus is shifting towards high-value-added areas like ZEH (Net Zero Energy Housing) and medium-to-large scale wooden construction.
Processing
Our primary service is precision pre-cut and panel processing of wood and building materials based on customer blueprints. We deliver materials ready for easy assembly at construction sites, like "plastic models", significantly reducing on-site labor and shortening construction periods. The Shiroi Factory, a JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards) certified factory, has introduced a new panel line and advanced automated processing technology using CAD/CAM integration. We also process non-wood materials like security veneers, ensuring strict quality control and contributing to CO2 reduction through wood utilization.
2x4 Housing Construction
Wing Co., Ltd. specializes in 2x4 housing construction, leveraging our proprietary "Union Frame®" construction system and deep expertise. This award-winning technology (Wood Design Award 2020) significantly streamlines construction and shortens construction periods, while also promoting the use of domestic timber. We are actively expanding into the non-residential sector, with a focus on medium-to-large scale wooden structures such as livestock sheds and warehouses. Union Frame® is now widely adopted across the industry, demonstrating our commitment to innovative and efficient building solutions.
Architectural Design
Our dedicated Technical Department handles design and estimation, offering a comprehensive service from material processing to construction. We utilize CAD systems to efficiently create detailed processing drawings. This capability allows us to provide advanced technical support, enhancing both our internal operations and value for our clients. We also support employees in acquiring qualifications such as construction management engineers, thereby fostering a highly skilled workforce.
